Q: What are the sizing options?
A: The sizing options on the listing are for the width of the entire decal measured horizontally from left to right. The height for each custom order will vary based on text/design. If you are submitting a vector file/image/design and the design is taller vertically than it is wide horizontally the size you purchase will be the height. Whichever is greater.
Q: I ordered a certain size lettering or font size but it is not what I received.
A: The sizing options are not for individual letter size and the font choice is not the font size. Font choice is the style of the letters. If you have any sizing questions or need a custom size please contact us before placing the order.
Q: Why is my decal not in the font I wanted?
A: If you do not enter the font choice in the personalization box with the desired text it will be sent in a default font (font 10)
Q: Where is the tracking for my order? or Does my order come with tracking?
A: Orders with free standard shipping under $10 do not come with tracking.
Q: My tracking number does not work?
A: An email is sent notifying you when the order has been shipped. If the tracking number or tracking link does not work in the email, it may still be in process at the post office. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving the tracking number. It may also be due to the order being under $10 which does not come with tracking.
Q: I have not received my order but tracking states it’s been delivered?
A: If the tracking states this has been delivered please double check with your household. Your items would have been in a manilla envelope, white rigid mailer, or brown box. If you do not see any updates within 24 hours from the day the item says delivered please contact us.
Q: The color for my decal is not the same colors that I submitted.
A: The available colors are on the listing pictures. Every screen will vary in color slightly so the actual decal may appear slightly different in person. These decals are not printed. We do not make images/designs in full color. My decals are cut in one solid color vinyl with no background. If you have questions about the color matching or multiple colors please contact us before placing an order.
Q: My decal is not what I ordered.
A: Please contact us directly. Include your order number and pictures of what you received in your message. Please explain in detail what the issue with your order is and we will get back to you asap, usually within 48 hours. You will be refunded or a replacement will be shipped out asap.
Q: How long will it take to get my items?
A: Orders usually take 1-2 business days for processing. If more info is requested to complete your order, or a proof is needed, it may add additional processing time. Standard free shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (in the US) for delivery. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you need it delivered faster than estimated.
